entirely on external donations and sponsorships to continue hosting online classes,
developing high-quality curriculum, and expanding our reach to impact more students across
the United States and internationally.

in helping us educate the next generation and elevate disadvantaged students on a global scale.
Codivate has long worked to bring quality coding education to students across the United States and help
them develop skills that will enable to succeed as future active citizens of the world. But what about the
kids in poverty-stricken countries and circumstances that lack the basic access to computers and the
internet?
That's why we've partnered with local companies, NGOs, schools, and orphanages in remote parts of India
and Africa to help bridge this gap. We will deliver extended and adapted versions of our technology and
coding curricula to open students' eyes, giving them the tools to improve their situation.
Incarcerated as mere children, juveniles often face a disproportionately harsh punishment -- simply
because of their age. Studies show that due to the treatment, family circumstances, and quality of
education that they recieve as a result of their imprisonment, juveniles are significantly more likely to
become involved in crime later on in life and earn below the national median income.
Codivate aims to partner with Juvenile Corrections Facilities to provide the kids there with useful and
relevant tech and computer science education that they can directly apply to a future job after being
released.
In June of this year, Codivate will be hosting its very own hackathon -- a powerhouse event that brings
together passionate students to compete and code the best app or invention to help solve a relevant
societal problem.
Podium winners will earn varying levels and forms of prizes, from memberships to tech gear. If interested,
